There needs to be a way to filter applications using the questionnaire results. I use the questionnaire to quickly screen applicants and it is difficult to do because there is no mechanism to filter the applicants.

The search tools need to include a way to filter by questionnaire results. I use the questionnaire to screen applicants. It would be great if I could only display applicants that answer certain questions with a specific answer (e.g. select all applicants who answered that they are a professional engineer or screen out all applicants that do not have a college degree)
