    A: Whenever you mark a job as “OPEN” it remains visible on the job board until you close or delete it.

    A: Using the share job tabs available on the jobs detail page.

  18. Q: In what format are the reports generated?

    A: The reports are generated in the “Web Based” format with the option to download them in Excel of PDF.

  19. Q: Is phone support provided?

    A: Currently we do not provide phone support. But we work really hard to ensure a fast response to queries via emails. So you can expect a prompt and timely response through emails.

    A: Salary information/Interview notes can be stored in the notes tab of every applicant detail page.

  21. Q: When I receive an email notification for a new application, can I respond to the candidate by just replying to the mail without having to go to the Simplicant account?

    A: Yes you can directly reply to the email and the response will go out to candidate.

  22. Q: Where is the best place to review my candidate pipeline?

    A: You can view the candidate pipeline in the pipeline summary in the reports segment.
